Our Advanced Certified Scrum Master course was designed by the trainers who wrote the certification standard, Jason Tanner and Carlton Nettleton.
Our methodology focuses on real-world applications that you can use at work right away. And we feature a learning process where YOU decide in what order you learn the material.
When we sat down to design this program for the Scrum Alliance, we were guided by three core principles:
If you have decided to become an Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner, you are serious about your career. This program is designed for you.
Will this program help my career?
YES! For the first time, you can now receive your A-CSM training completely online in a guided mentoring program designed by Certified Scrum Trainers (CST) specifically for Scrum Masters looking to achieve a deeper understanding of how product management intersects with Scrum and Agile.
This program offers A-CSM students fast, condensed lessons combined with on-the-job application of key concepts for immediate effect.
How much time to I need?
All you need is an hour per week. People want to know more about Scrum and Agile and how it relates to product management, but they simply do not have time to spend eight hours (or more!) in a classroom.
Our A-CSPO program is comprised of sixteen online courses, which include short lectures, engaging exercises, and useful step-by-step frameworks to test out with your team and products.
What's the Format of the Course?
Most online training is boring and prone to distraction. Too many instructors talk for far too long about topics and theories not relevant for real-world application.
With our A-CSPO program, all our lectures are crisp (no more than fifteen minutes) and combined with practical, on-the-job exercises so you can immediately practice what you have learned.
Get ready for a powerful training approach that keeps the A-CSPO lessons short, creative, focused, and meaningful to the industry of Agile product management and software development.
Will I meet people?
Definitely! Learning works best when you are in a community, and the best learning experiences are shared.
Each month, you can dial into one or more one-hour virtual classroom sessions with your CST instructor and other students to check progress, share ideas, answer questions, offer encouragement, and give some support. In our program, you will feel like you are doing your A-CSPO journey within a team, even though it is an online program.
