Jason Tanner is Chief Executive Officer of Applied Frameworks and co-author of Software Profit Streams®, the methodology that underpins the Horizon platform. He brings more than three decades of leadership experience in enterprise software, spanning product management, technology strategy, and organizational transformation at some of the largest and most complex organizations in the world.

Before Applied Frameworks, Jason served nine years as a Marine Corps officer, commanding an infantry rifle company and directing operations for more than 1,500 Marines. Laura Caldie is SVP of Sales and Marketing at Applied Frameworks, where she leads the
go-to-market strategy and revenue motion for the Horizon platform. She brings more than
20 years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, with a track record of closing and
growing complex deals inside some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated
technology organizations.
Laura spent nine years at Conteneo, the collaboration software company founded by Luke Hohmann, serving as VP of Sales through its acquisition by Scaled Agile in 2019. That experience — building a SaaS sales motion, scaling enterprise accounts, and navigating a successful acquisition — is directly applicable to what Applied Frameworks is building with Horizon.
Earlier in her career, Laura held enterprise sales and business development roles across the software industry, establishing a foundation in technology sales that spans distribution, services, and SaaS. She is a Certified SAFe® Practice Consultant and holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin.
GM, Profit Streams®
GM, Profit Streams®
Kevin McCabe leads the Profit Streams® practice at Applied Frameworks, working with VC- and PE-backed companies to redesign how they frame value, structure offers, and capture revenue. His work spans fintech, manufacturing, and services — from B2B SaaS pricing redesigns to manufacturing portfolio rationalization to consumer-electronics monetization model shifts.
Kevin holds a Sloan Fellowship from London Business School and an MSc from the University of London. He brings financial and commercial rigor to work that most organizations treat as a pricing problem and that Kevin diagnoses as a business model problem.
He has spoken at NYU Tandon and industry events on demand shaping, realized-price patterns, and the cross-functional design of profit. At Applied Frameworks, his practice operates alongside the Horizon™ platform — together addressing the two questions that matter most to enterprise leadership: where to invest, and whether the organization is capturing the value it creates.

Head of Product Management
Clint Gossett leads product management for the Horizon™ platform at Applied Frameworks. He brings more than 20 years of experience building enterprise software across technically complex domains — from IoT estate management and platform software at Verifone, to helping launch Automation Anywhere’s free public cloud offering during its hyper-growth phase, to product leadership at FirstRoot.
He has led product in environments where enterprise scale, security, and precision are requirements, not aspirations. That background informs how he thinks about product strategy: grounded in how enterprise buyers actually work, and focused on building tools organizations will adopt and use.
At Applied Frameworks, Clint applies that depth to a platform used by Global 2000 enterprises to make technology investment decisions that matter.
