Q: What is your course enrollment policy?

While we will do everything possible to ensure a scheduled course proceeds as planned, sometimes there is not enough interest to sustain a course. As a result, we have introduced a requirement of a minimum enrollment of at least six participants in order to conduct any public course produced by Applied Frameworks. We take our responsibility to provide the very best training experiences seriously and we have found that when there are less than six participants in a course, there are not enough people to provide for a rich interaction between the learners, a diversity of perspectives, and allow the course discussions to be viable.

If you have any concerns regarding this policy, it is in your best interest to do the following:

  1. Enroll early - We offer a significant discount for early enrollments since early enrollments are a signal that participants want a course to happen in their community.
  2. Encourage friends, peers and colleagues to take the course with you - Multiple enrollments from the same company will receive a generous discount and word-of-mouth referrals that result in an enrollment receive an Amazon.com gift card.
  3. Contact me - Ten to seven days before the scheduled course date, we review the enrollment numbers and make a decision about whether to proceed with the course or reschedule.

If we cancel your course, you will be offered an opportunity to transfer to a future public course or receive a full refund within 10 business days.

Q: what is your student cancellation policy?

In order to receive a refund of your tuition for a public training class, you must notify us no later than 5 business days prior to the class start date. Cancellation requests received after the 5 business day window will be issued a credit that can be applied toward a future class.
