Michael Swansegar, Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant, Michael teaches, mentors, and coaches Agile leaders and change agents in Agile adoption, cultural empowerment, and empathetic growth patterns. Michael’s expertise spans transformation programs, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) implementations, Agile Product Management practices, and Lean Portfolio Management.
Before joining Applied Frameworks, Michael was Director, Product Management at Travelport, which is recognized as a SAFe Lean Portfolio Management alpha child. At Travelport, Michael focused on a Behavior Driven Development (BDD) implementation while overhauling Agile tooling and courseware design. Previously, Michael worked with Comcast in the SAFe Implementation for the Big Data group.

Michael holds certificates as a SAFe Program Consultant, SAFe Release Train Engineer, SAFe Agile Product Manager, SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager, and SAFe Exam Developer — and is a certified Scrum Alliance Product Owner.
