As a Senior Consultant, Christine coaches individuals, teams, and organizations in Agile transformation and Product Management.
Prior to joining Applied Frameworks, Christine managed a team of enterprise Agile coaches at Fiserv, a Fortune 500 financial firm. At Fiserv, she led PI Planning for hundreds of global teams and created a training program for Scrum Masters that paired them with a centralized coaching staff.

Over Christine’s 20 years of experience she has played a variety of roles (e.g., Testing Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Enterprise Agile Coach), allowing her to understand multiple perspectives through transformational change efforts.
Christine is a Certified SAFe Program Consultant® (SPC) and a Scrum Alliance® Certified ScrumMaster.
