Luke launched Applied Frameworks’ predecessor company Enthiosys Inc. in 2003 after a long career as a vice president of business development, engineering, and product development at a number of software companies including Aladdin Knowledge Systems, Aurigin Systems, ObjectSpace and EDS. He has been an ardent proponent of and thought leader in the agile product management and development arena.
In addition to being Applied Frameworks co-founder, Luke is CEO of Conteneo Inc. The firm is known for the highly popular Innovation Games—an online service that helps companies use collaborative play to solve complex issues in sales, corporate strategy, product development and marketing.
Luke has been a featured presenter at a number of conferences including Fortune magazine’s 2013 Growth Summit, Software Development Best Practices (in 2006 and 2007), aGile (2007, 2008 and 2009), The Spring Experience and The Better Software Conference & Expo. He has also been a guest lecturer at the University of California at Berkeley’s School of Information. He has authored three books, including Innovation Games: Creating Breakthrough Products Through Collaborative Play (Addison-Wesley, 2006).
Luke graduated magna cum laude with a B.S.E. in computer engineering and an M.S.E. in computer science and engineering from the University of Michigan.
