Thank you, Agile Boston! And some great news!

I had a fantastic experience speaking at the monthly meeting of the Agile Boston Group in Waltham, MA on January 22nd. I received very positive and much needed feedback on my story of teaching Scrum and Agile to management. I'm very happy to announce that the organizers of this year's Global Scrum Gathering in New Orleans accepted my session!

I want to share the current version of the presentation and the answer key to the roles exercise we played.

Thanks to Dan Mezick and Dan LeFebvre for coordinating both the group meeting and the Innovation Games for Customer Understanding class. Despite the ridiculous cold and 5 inches of snow, I really enjoyed spending time with so many great and interesting people.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how I design courses using the 4C's of Sharon Bowman's Training from the Back of the Room. I mentioned how Carlton Nettleton mentored me to raise my teaching game using the 4C's. Tasty Cupcakes  is the source of the Herculean Doughnut.

Please let us know if you need a speaker or if you'd like to explore hosting any of our classes in your your area.
