Do you use software analytics?

Software analytics is the awareness and understanding of how end users interact with your software, what features they love or ignore, etc.  This information will help you determine where to allocate engineering resources and find potential new revenue.

With today's technology, we should be able to use hard data to make prioritization decisions. Not just A/B testing but A/B/.../Z testing.
